The
SOX Institute and ASQ Present a New Workshop on Sarbanes-Oxley
Leveraging
Quality Management Initiatives in support of SOX
A 2-day training
class jointly produced and delivered by the SOX Institute and the North Jersey
ASQ brings the best of both SOX and Quality Management into the classroom with
the goals of demonstrating best practices from both disciplines, and showing
(through both seminars and case-study-based workshops) how such initiatives can
provide the leverage for each other.
This program
provides a framework and approach for accomplishing the challenging task of
integrating compliance and quality management initiatives. Not only will it
help you eliminate conflicts between such initiatives, but it will also enable
you to uncover synergies, thereby:
(a) Lowering the cost of compliance,
(b) Achieving ROIs that you never thought possible and
(c) Establishing the continual improvement methodology throughout
your organization.
This program will
show how the whole is greater than the sum of its parts (compliance and
quality).
