Root Cause Analysis Seminarr
KAPE - the Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence is Pennsylvania's
state Baldrige Program. Since 2005 KAPE a non profit has help over 100 PA
organizations from business, healthcare, education and non profit sectors pursue
improved results and organizational success.
On October 4th KAPE will host a free Baldrige Education webinar featuring
Montgomery County School District - a national Baldrige Award recipient. Please
make the webinar information (attached) available to your local ASQ membership.

from the American Society for Quality and Bergen’s Quality Assurance
program have entered into a partnership that will create a pipeline
between the organization and the College,

Program coordinator Dr. Judith Fitzpatrick spearheaded the effort.
Bergen’s Quality Assurance program prepares students for careers in the field, which involves the creation of manufacturing production standards, ensuring efficiency and regulation. The College remains a national leader in quality assurance education.
