General Section Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the La Quinta on Rte. 46 in Fairfield unless other plans are made. Meetings begin at 6:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 PM and the program at 7:30 PM.

Professional Biographical Profile

Joseph Kenol

Joseph is currently the Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Director, for a large not for profit organization in New York City that provides a variety of products and services to the Federal as well as State and City Government agencies. Joseph did is undergraduate work in Quality Assurance Engineering at the California State University in Long Beach CA and is presently pursuing a graduate degree in Quality Assurance. Joseph has 20 years + experience in Quality Engineering and Management Systems. He has worked in various industries to include Aerospace, DOD, Electronics Assembly and Test, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, and Public Transportation. Joseph is a trained and once RAB certified Lead ISO 9001 QMS Auditor. He has served on the Quality New Jersey Board of Examiners for Performance Excellence for two consecutive years in 2001 and 2002. While employed with the Lucent Technologies Wireless Telecommunications Networks Systems Division, Joseph was a member of a Business Excellence Team that helped to lay the ground work for an integrated business management system that received ISO and TL 9000 registrations, the Quality New Jersey, Governor's Gold Award for Performance Excellence in 2000, the Shingo Manufacturing Excellence Award and the Business Week's 10 Best Plants Quality Award in 2001, and the Philip Crosby Quality Medallion also in 2001. Joseph is a member of the North Jersey ASQ Chapter's Executive Board and is currently the Chair of the Programs Committee. Joseph is a Senior Member of the ASQ.
