General Section Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the La Quinta on Rte. 46 in Fairfield unless other plans are made. Meetings begin at 6:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 PM and the program at 7:30 PM.

The Effective Cost of Production (ECP) is a simple analytical method that was created to determine how much a continual improvement project will cost in the language that managers prefer: $Dollars$

Introduced by Donald J. Wheeler in his book The Process Evaluation Handbook, ECP is a powerful tool that enables organizations to determine the actual excess cost of their current processes. By comparing potential project options, ECP provides management the specific monetary benefits that can be derived by implementing a process-specific continual improvement program.
