General Section Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the La Quinta on Rte. 46 in Fairfield unless other plans are made. Meetings begin at 6:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 PM and the program at 7:30 PM.

Quality Costs has become an important of quality programs that adhere to ISO 9000 and QS 9000. During this presentation, a brief history of how the reporting of quality costs has changed from a simple quality department tool to the present important role in decision making. Some basics will be covered and examples will be shown.
