General Section Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the La Quinta on Rte. 46 in Fairfield unless other plans are made. Meetings begin at 6:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 PM and the program at 7:30 PM.

Driving Six Sigma Cultural Change within Quest Diagnostics

Six Sigma is a powerful methodology and culture that many companies have used to drive business results. Quest Diagnostics has one of the strongest programs for a company their size and has one of the premier Lean Six Sigma programs in the healthcare industry.

 

Dr. Harris Hoke, Master Black Belt with Quest Diagnostics will share some of the methods by which Quest was able to drive its program to success. General philosophies to driving a Lean Six Sigma cultural change, the maturation of the program beyond DMAIIC, and some specific tools to drive Lean Six Sigma cultural change will be presented.
