TQM and Customer Requirements Analysis Modeling,
Based on the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) Method,
Using Our CORA Software Tool

Paul G Ranky, PhD

Introduction
The purpose of this seminar is to provide an analytically established method to find out what customers want, need, and / or require, and to offer an introduction and overview of how this method fits into our TQM world. Furthermore, the speaker will illustrate a novel approach to applying process modeling, requirements analysis, and risk analysis as an integrated approach to problem solving.

TQM and Customer Requirements Analysis Modeling
Requirements, or customer needs analysis is considered to be one of the most important features of any R&D, design, manufacturing, service, or educational project, because if done professionally, it helps to specify and then research and develop the appropriate product / process design features and processes that sponsors/ customers need/ want. Please note, that the subject of Requirements analysis (CORA, Component -oriented Requirements Analysis, and QFD, Quality Function Deployment) is featured in more detail in several eBooks in Dr Ranky's Case Library. Please visit http://www.cimwareukandusa.com.

Component Oriented Requirements Analysis (CORA), represents a systematic, customizable method, based on QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and other methods, developed by Ranky to analyze product/ process, TQM / TQC needs, including product, process, IT, service, and other needs. As industrial experience has shown, the method can be applied to a wide range of subjects, including user interface requirements design for controllers, disassembly operator screens, and others, offering the analyst and the software engineering team accurate design specifications, that yield in software, that satisfies customer requirements within a competitive environment.
