Motion to donate $300 to the Golf Outing was approved. This section normally does this every year.

Negative cash flow is much improved but spending still needs to be reduced. No budget is available to review for the SQC. Still searching; will seek former SQC members for assistance.

Summer semester at St. Paul is in session for CMQ/OE & CSSBB Bridge courses.
On-site CQI is in session at Middle Atlantic Products.
Minitab is being scheduled for Colgate Palmolive.

As requested. I researched in our EB Meeting minutes the issue of payment for the General Section Meeting 2008-2009 fiscal year. Attached are the minutes from last November which covered this topic under Treasurer's report. Below is the appropriate excerpt which does include dollar amounts.

1. Credit Card Fees
   a. Pass for next fiscal year 2008-2009 to raise Season Pass from $99 to $115 by check and $120 by credit card to cover our out of pocket costs
   b. Pass for next fiscal year 2008-2009 to raise General Section meeting rates to $28.00 for member and $35.00 for non-members again to cover our out of pocket costs.
