Wayne told the group that other ASQ sections meet less frequently than 304 and asked that we think about changing how often the group meets.

Wayne will contact Susan regarding the Treasurer report.

Distributing the "Survey" at Exam time was discussed.

12/6/08 will be a big exam day. Results to follow.

Membership was discussed at length. Many excellent ideas were given to Becker by the group. (Thanks). Mail out cards? Posters? Brainstorm ideas, contact PSG - hang posters, go for low hanging fruit, put together a membership budget, make note of "new" members at each meeting - intro to be done by President. Form membership committee. More to follow.

For a general session 35 people minimum required to attend.
For an EB meeting 12 people minimum are required to attend.
If either is less we still pay for the open seats

Attendance is down at the EB meeting. The date or time has not changed. Emails will be sent out in advance of the meeting.
Spring Conference   Lucy Kahn On Track. Much to do now. We received word that the gentleman from NASA will in fact be our keynote speaker! Registration form is now up on the website. SQC email blast sent out by Russ.
