Monthly meetings will continue by vote of the Executive committee. ASQ 304 NNJ will reach out to the Princeton Section in an effort to "repair" our relationship. Nobody could remember why it had suffered so it is worth the effort. This may benefit us with our education section as well. |

1099 will be complete by 2/9/09. In February ASQ 304 has 3 CD's coming due. These will need to be re-invested. Advice is requested as to where to invest. We will be using single account accounting for the ASQ 304 and Spring Quality Conference books. | |

Muraj will do research to locate the ASQ 304 charter. Electronic Newsletter discussed. It was concluded that the newsletter would require much effort and not be valuable enough now that we have the website. |
