Did anyone pickup Jenna's notebook at the December General Section meeting? It was misplaced and she is looking for it.
Susan will handle the RU problem from November. Four members are requesting RU proofs of attendance. There has been no contact with our regional director this past month.

Steve will check some membership information he has on file for Jim - what is the average number of new members per month? Jim is considering the following: business cards for new member packets, a "Dashboard" to show progress in recruitment, vouchers for a free dinner meal. Jim will also investigate ASQ's new "Survey Monkey" website.

Susan Smarth and Steve Rudy will assist Priti with ASQ meetings.
Spring Quality Conference   Lucy Kahn (Russ) 15 is the maximum number of exhibitor booths allowed. Tables are being purchased at this time. Paid booths will receive the best locations. Lucy/John will contact ARDEC regarding a booth. (Becker) Finally got in contact with Mark Ellis (our SQC webmaster) after 3 months of trying. Some modifications required to latest version of Program, then it will be posted. Registration form to be posted shortly as well.
NEQC   S. Liebesman On Track. October training for NEQC is free.
Secretary Reports

We have agreed to "trade" table space for our SQC in April for the ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers) conference in June. No money to be exchanged.
Archives   Mike Parrillo No report.
Website   Stephen Becker Updates required for Volunteer of the Year and Scholarship for 2009. Rose Ferraro, the ASQ 304 webmaster's pay rate was voted and approved for $30/hour, up from $27.50/hour. It had been unchanged for 4 years.

Susan - credit card machine is pending, October Twill invoice has been found and paid, book keeping for the education committee will be given to Wil.  
Steve Rudy will handle the January meeting registration since Priti is away in India.  
Sandy - QC 80000 is the new RoHS certification.
