Nancy Chang

Nancy is a management consultant specializing in the areas of Business Process Modeling and Analysis, Operations Review, and Feasibility Study.

She has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, and over 5 years of experience in Business Process Management related work.

Nancy is a co-author of The "Know More, Do More" Article, published in the January 2011 edition of Quality Progress.

Nancy earned an MBA in Operations Research and a BBA in Statistics from Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City. She is an ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and an ABPMP-Certified Business Process Professional.
