Maintenance/Reliability Engineer

Requirements: B.S. ME or ChemE ONLY; 5-15 years (less than 12 ideal) out of a PSM
regulated chemicals plant than uses reactors, distillation columns, etc. This engineer should have experience in both predictive and preventive maintenance and this company would applicants to have "cause mapping" experience.
Job Description: This person will be assigned to a 70-person chemicals plant that uses
reaction and distillation and pelletizing equipment. This person will report to the maintenance manager and will ensure that the facility meets preventive maintenance requirements and will help implement a predictive maintenance program. This engineer will perform failure
analysis on rotating equipment and lead root cause analysis as well. Relocation will include move goods, a lump sum payment for temporary living costs and closing costs.

Job Description:
- Visiting the processing areas daily and working daily with area
operators to troubleshoot any process issues.
- Ensuring the product quality meets specification by working with R&D
and QC to develop and drive "right the first time" (RFT) processes.
- Implementing, sustaining, and improving efforts towards Operational
Excellence and Project STAR.
- Issuing product non-conformance reports and implementing associated
corrective actions in a timely fashion.
- Utilizing Statistical Process Control data to verify stable
operations, assure processes are capable, or to identify opportunities
fro improvement.
- Verifying appropriate material usage for production processes and
correcting abnormalities.
- Coordinating and issuing work permits for maintenance work. Will work
with the area maintenance staff to prioritize, prepare, and execute
against plans.
- Issuing Change Requests for any changes to processes and following up
on related action items
- Assisting in Process Hazard Analyses and driving resulting action
items to completion.
- Modifying and updating all Process Safety Information (P&ID's,
procedures, etc.) to meet PSM compliance.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years production engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering is required. Applicants will need to have demonstrated ability to form and successfully lead teams of people from a variety of backgrounds. They must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly as production demands require. Experience with Statistical Process Control is desired. Attention to
detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and a working use of SAP, Synergen, and Lotus Notes Databases are desired.

Requirements: B.S. Chemical Engineering ONLY; 2-8 years of experience. This company
HIGHLY prefers someone out of a PSM-regulated plant with previous experience handling hazardous chemicals. Acceptable candidates will come out of batch or continuous chemical plants, or refining. Candidate needs in-plant production support and day-to-day 'fire-fighting' experience. Process optimization and process design experience would be a big plus.
Engineers out of E&C firms are a long shot.
Job Description: This engineer will be based at a batch & continuous chemical plant
producing high-purity products using reactors, extensive powders handling, drying, and some distillation. This person's primary objective is to optimize existing processes and conduct day-to-day support of the operating unit. Relocation will include: realtors fees, closing costs,
temporary living and move goods. The parent company is an international specialty chemicals company with facilities around the world.

B.S./M.S./Ph.D. Chemistry; 5-20 years of experience with oil field extraction chemicals or related chemistry (completion fluids, drilling fluids, flow assurance). Ideally this person will have experience with solvent-based chemicals. This person must have experience in formulation
and would ideally have experience in scale-up from lab to full-scale production involving mixing and blending. This person must have very good communication skills as they will be involved in making sales and marketing presentations.
Job Requirements: This is a brand-new position in an expanding chemical company with plans for building new production facilities. This candidate will be based in the Tampa area at company headquarters with possibilities of being based in Houston in the future. This person will work on developing new formulas and improve existing formulas based on customer needs. This person's primary responsibilities will include: lab formulation, scale-up from lab to large mix/blend vessels, do some traveling that will include making sales/marketing presentations, assist customers and
