This course helps prepare the student for the Certified Quality Engineer examination. It offers a detailed review of the body of knowledge which is covered in this examination. The amount of material covered is extensive and students are expected to have a firm basic background in most areas of Quality Engineering.

Michael A. Parrillo
Mr. Parrillo is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He holds ASQ Certifications as; Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Quality Auditor.
Mike offers his experiences of over twenty years in medical device and industrial manufacturing sectors, serving in rolls such as, Manager of Technical Services, Manufacturing Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager.
Among his diverse accomplishments, Mike wrote, implemented, and directed the activities for the entire Quality Management Systems of a very successful start-up medical device clean-room manufacturing operation. Mike was also instrumental in the establishment or improvement of Quality Management Systems for several other start-up manufacturing operations.
Mr. Parrillo is currently a volunteer for ASQ where he serves on the Education Committee, and holds the office of Spring Quality Conference Program Chair, for his local chapter. Mike gladly shares with his class, expertise gained from his “hands on” management style, along with a wealth of focused education obtained throughout his career.
Class Schedule: Courses are offered every Spring and Fall semester Schedule is set so that last class will end in advance of June or December ASQ certification exam.
